04/2022 Police and Fire Brigade Visit

What an exciting week full of visitors! We had members from the Barnstaple Police and Fire Brigade visiting our school on Thursday. They explained a lot about their jobs and answered many questions from our pupils who also had a chance to try on some of their equipment. Police vests are really heavy!! The children also had a chance to sit in a Police van and fire engine which was super interesting and fun! This visit was a great addition to our ‘Careers Month’ and a great way to finish off our week for Easter.
